These terms govern your use of delmanshipping.com, operated by Delman Shipping LLC ("Delman", "we", "us"), a freight forwarding and logistics company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They are separate from the contract under which we actually carry or arrange the carriage of goods — see section 5.

1. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services, request a quotation, contact us and apply for a job. You agree not to use it unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, not to introduce malicious code, and not to scrape or reproduce it systematically for a competing service.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted.

2. Information on this site

The content here is published for general information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but it is not professional or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice on your specific shipment. Regulations governing customs, dangerous goods, aviation and international trade change, and they differ by country and by commodity.

Guidance in our blog articles and FAQ is indicative only. Always confirm the position for your own consignment with our team before you rely on it.

3. Quotations and bookings

  • Submitting the quote form is a request, not a booking. It does not create a contract.
  • Any quotation we issue is an invitation to deal, valid only for the period, scope, cargo, route and conditions stated in it.
  • Rates depend on details you give us — weight, dimensions, commodity, packing, Incoterms and readiness. If the actual shipment differs, the rate may change.
  • Quotations exclude duties, taxes, inspection charges, demurrage, detention, storage and other charges levied by third parties, unless the quotation says otherwise.
  • Cargo insurance is not included unless you ask for it and we confirm it.
  • A contract arises only when we confirm a booking in writing.

4. Tracking

The "Track Shipment" links on this site open track-trace.com, an independent third-party service. We do not operate it and are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of the status information it shows. For a definitive update on a shipment we are handling, contact your Delman operations contact.

5. Freight services and trading conditions

Where we act as a freight forwarder, carrier, customs broker or warehouse operator, that work is governed by our standard trading conditions together with the applicable transport conventions and the terms of the relevant carrier, not by these website terms. Our standard trading conditions are available on request and will be identified in our quotation or booking confirmation.

Nothing on this website varies, overrides or adds to those conditions.

6. Intellectual property

The Delman name and logo, and the text, design, graphics, photographs and code on this site, are owned by or licensed to Delman Shipping LLC and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal business use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Third-party names, logos and network marks shown on the network page belong to their respective owners and are used to indicate membership or affiliation.

7. Third-party links and components

This site links to and loads content from third parties — including track-trace.com, Google Maps, Google Fonts, WhatsApp and an open-source code CDN. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. See our cookie notice for what those components involve.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from reliance on information published on it, or from its unavailability — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit and loss of business.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our liability for freight services is dealt with in the trading conditions referred to in section 5, not here.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, and the version in force when you use the site is the one that applies.
