Sales Coordinator – Sea Freight & Land Freight
Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, bookings, and shipment follow-ups for sea and land freight services. The candidate should have good communication and organisational skills, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant freight forwarding or logistics experience.
Field Operations Staff
Support outdoor operations such as collecting and delivering documents, visiting customers, ports and warehouses, and assisting with transportation or field-related duties. Previous logistics or field experience is preferred, and candidates with a valid UAE driving licence will have an advantage.
Business Development Executive
Identify potential customers, generate sales leads, promote the company’s freight forwarding services, and build professional client relationships. The candidate must have 1–2 years of relevant business development, sales, freight forwarding, or logistics experience.
Business Development Manager
Develop business growth strategies, secure new customers, manage key accounts, and increase revenue across the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services. The candidate must have 3–5 years of relevant business development or logistics sales experience, preferably within the UAE market.
Internship Programme
Join Delman’s internship programme and help build the next generation of logistics talent. Gain hands-on experience across freight forwarding, operations, sales and documentation in a real Dubai shipping environment — with mentorship from people who move cargo every day.
